Senior Software Developer 

Company Overview: 

We are seeking an experienced .NET Senior Developer with expertise in Blazor and C# to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for innovation and a desire to contribute to unique and challenging projects, we would like to hear from you. 

Responsibilities: 

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET, Blazor, and C#. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate functional requirements into technical specifications. 

• Lead development efforts in creating well-structured Blazor components and integrating them with various back-end services. 

• Conduct performance tuning and code reviews to ensure high-quality and efficient code. 

• Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and promoting best practices. 

• Contribute to architectural decisions and actively participate in Agile development cycles. 

• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure robust testing and seamless integration.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 

• Minimum 5+ years of experience working with .NET and C# and Visual Studio. 

• Strong hands-on experience with Blazor is a must. 

• Proficient in SQL Server and T-SQL.   

• Familiarity with modern front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. 

• Strong understanding of software development life cycles, methodologies, and best practices. 

• Experience with Git version control system. 

• Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and team collaboration abilities. 

• Strong work ethic. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure. 

• Experience with SQL Server Integration Services. 

• Experience with SQL Server Agent Jobs and Windows Task Manager. 

• Experience working with labor management and time tracking software. 

• Experience working with PointClickCare or MatrixCare. 

• Interest or experience in AI/Machine Learning, proficient with Claude Code. 

• Healthcare experience
