Salary: $33.65 pr/hr ($70,000/year)
Overview
We are seeking an experienced and relationship-driven Customer Success Manager to ensure our clients achieve maximum value from our solutions. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted partner to our customers, driving adoption, engagement, and satisfaction while identifying opportunities for expansion and long-term retention. The CSM will own the post-implementation relationship with each customer—ensuring engagement, satisfaction, retention, and expansion—while acting as the bridge between clients and our product, training, and engineering teams.
Responsibilities:
Client Success & Retention
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers after go-live.
  • Drive adoption of our platform across client teams through training, best practices, and ongoing optimization.
  • Conduct regular check ins and performance reviews to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain awareness of customer’s operation status and evolving needs.
  • Manage renewals and ensure contract satisfaction through proactive engagement.
  • Manage customer escalations and ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
Technical & Product Alignment
  • Translate customer goals and issues into actionable feedback for Product and Development teams.
  • Monitor client utilization metrics, proactively addressing underutilization.
  • Stay current with product updates and ensure clients leverage new features effectively.
Implementation Support
  • Partner with Implementation and Training teams during onboarding to ensure smooth transition to post-launch success management.
  • Conduct customer onboarding sessions to ensure successful product adoption.
  • Document client goals, configuration preferences, and success plans in CRM.
Collaboration
  • Collaborate across Product, Support, Marketing, and Clinical teams to enhance customer communication and outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to expand relationships through additional services or modules.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of interactions, agreements, and key account insights in CRM.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Customer Success playbooks and resources.
Qualifications
  • Experience in LTC or senior living is a requirement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong technical aptitude; ability to communicate software concepts clearly to non-technical users.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills suited for both executive and frontline audiences.
  • Highly organized, empathetic, and capable of managing multiple facilities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with healthcare operations, and regulatory environments
  • Strong knowledge of all business applications related to the operations of a Care Center like PCC, Matrix, UKG, etc.

We are seeking a forward thinking AI/ML Software Engineer with strong C#/.NET experience to help build the most powerful tool in Senior Care. You will drive real world impact through applied AI/ML solutions, guiding our transition into intelligent long-term care technology. You’ll collaborate across teams, influence architecture, and deploy meaningful systems that enhance lives.
The AI/ML Software Engineer will have a solid background in software design using SOLID principles with HIPAA compliant datasets, and healthcare industry knowledge.
 
Job Location: This is a Hybrid role, for in-person team collaboration
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, code, test, and troubleshoot intelligent applications using C#/.NET and AI/ML techniques
  • Build, maintain, and optimize scalable AI/ML applications deployed on Azure
  • Develop and operationalize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows, vector database integrations, and feature pipelines to support LLM-powered applications.
  • Prototype, test, and iterate quickly, delivering proof-of-concepts and scaling successful solutions into production systems.
  • Translate business goals into actionable AI/ML implementations
  • Contribute to building AI best practices across the organization, especially around automation, vector mapping, and data modeling.
  • Research and prototype scalable, cost-effective AI features for production use
  • Evaluate and audit tools for continuous improvement and model governance
  • Maintain secure, HIPAA-compliant systems across healthcare data domains
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years in software engineering, primarily with .NET/C#
  • 4+ years in applied AI/ML development, including model deployment
  • Experience with ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, SQL Server
  • Strong API integration skills, ideally with AI/LLM services
  • Proven track record delivering end-to-end AI/ML solutions, from data ingestion to deployment and monitoring
  • Understanding of data manipulation and foundational machine learning; experience with custom models is a plus
  • Experience with HIPAA-compliant environments and secure data handling
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Python or hybrid stack experience (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.)
  • Familiarity with LLM frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain, Azure OpenAI)
  • Experience with MLOps/LLMOps practices and pipeline tooling
  • JavaScript, TypeScript, or Blazor/React experience
  • Healthcare or long-term care software background
