Meet the 2024 Award Winners

Janeth Solis – Nurse Administrator of the Year

Janeth Solis, the Director of Nursing at Cypress Cove Care Center, has been recognized for her outstanding leadership and commitment to quality care. With over 28 years of service at Cypress Cove, her efforts have led the center to earn multiple prestigious awards, including the Governor’s Gold Seal Award and the AHCA/NCAL National Bronze Quality Award. 

Anila Xhaho – Registered Nurse of the Year

Anila Xhaho, Assistant Director of Nurses at Tierra Pines Center, has dedicated her career to advancing memory care. Her journey from Albania to the U.S. and her relentless pursuit of excellence serve as an inspiration. 

Greg Dennis – Licensed Practical Nurse of the Year

With more than 40 years in caregiving, Greg Dennis, LPN Unit Manager at Manatee Springs Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, has shown remarkable dedication to psychiatric nursing in long-term care. Abigail Washington – Certified Nursing Assistant of the Year
